1. Acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of the Attendance Management System website and application, subject to any separate written agreement between the service provider and an educational institution. By accessing the service, users agree to comply with applicable institutional policies and these terms.

2. Authorized use

Access is intended for authorized students, teachers, administrators and institutional representatives. Users must keep login credentials confidential, use their own assigned accounts and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

3. Institutional responsibilities

The institution is responsible for the accuracy and lawful provision of student, staff, class, enrollment and timetable information; assigning appropriate permissions; communicating attendance policies; and reviewing records before using them for academic or administrative decisions.

4. Attendance records

Attendance information is generated from available session data and configured rules. Users should verify discrepancies through the institution’s authorized process. The system should not be used to falsify, manipulate or improperly access attendance records.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to bypass authentication, interfere with system availability, access another person’s account or data without authorization, upload malicious code, or misuse QR codes, devices or attendance workflows.

6. Availability and changes

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, connectivity, hosting, device compatibility or events beyond reasonable control. Features and workflows may change as the product is updated, subject to applicable agreements and notice obligations.

7. Fees and payment

Any fees, taxes, renewal charges, hosting arrangements, implementation scope, support commitments and payment terms will be those specified in the applicable written quotation, invoice or agreement. This page does not itself create a specific price commitment.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the software, branding, design and related materials remain the property of their respective owners. Users may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected materials except as permitted by law or written authorization.

9. Privacy and data

Personal information is handled in accordance with the applicable privacy notice, institutional instructions and relevant law. Access to personal data must be limited to authorized purposes.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or restricted where necessary for security, legal compliance, suspected misuse, non-payment under an applicable agreement or protection of the service and its users. Applicable institutional agreements will govern data export, retention and transition on termination.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law and subject to any written agreement, the service is provided according to its documented scope. No term here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any specific warranties, service levels, indemnities and liability limits should be defined in the governing agreement.

12. Governing law and contact

The governing law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution process should be expressly set out in the applicable institutional agreement after legal review. For questions about these terms, contact admin@feedbacksystems.in.
